1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CMIS (College/School Management Information System) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

CMIS is provided to schools, colleges and their authorised staff, students and parents to manage admissions, fees, academics and communication. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to your institution’s operations.

3. Accounts & Data Accuracy

Your institution is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into CMIS, and for managing user access levels (admin, staff, parent, student) appropriately within the platform.

4. Fees & Payments

Subscription fees for CMIS are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up. Fee payments processed through CMIS on behalf of your institution (e.g. via M-Pesa or bank integrations) are subject to the terms of the relevant payment provider.

5. Data Protection

We take the privacy of student, parent and staff data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored and used.

6. Service Availability

While we work to keep CMIS available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from planned maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CMIS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
